About me

Years ago I wrote a story about me. About Cilla who had no clue about what she wanted. Eventually she found a path but – she left that path for pastures new. The grass is not always greener.

A few months ago I realised that I had no path. I travelled through life with no map, no compass; the ways in which I dealt with life were not (and so often still aren’t) the best.

I met someone who showed me a way of being. Who showed me that there was a different way of living. He allowed me to become a different person – to be Tee. Because of him I was able to break down the walls that I had built around my emotions. Spiritually and emotionally, I am a different person. To this man I shall always be grateful.

So I am to tread the Buddhist path taking refuge in the three jewels. Already the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha have made such an impression on me and have helped me.

I do not find this an easy journey. All too often I respond to situations and emotions unskillfully. I revert to old ways of dealing with life. I wander off my path far too often. But every day is a new opportunity to pick myself up, to walk back to my path and to try harder to stay committed to it.

This blog is the story of my journey. My journey to become “More Tee”.

Nice to be home ..

Home for a couple of days with my girls, my dog and my cats. Time to pause and live in the present. Will recharge my batteries and get back out there .
